Through a distinctive educational process and making use of the potentials of the educators and the educated as well as all the other available potentials

- Encouraging teamwork spirit among workers at the school;
- Informing everyone of his responsibilities and duties;
- Organizing continuous professional development for all workers at the school;
- Spreading religious and moral values, loyalty to fatherland and interest in its progress;
- Encouraging interest in knowledge, research and self-study;
- Encouraging creativity, discovering and caring for talents;
- Using technology & scientific and educational methods in the teaching process;
- Activating the role of all available potentials: media lab; science lab; the library and the theatre;
- Encouraging interest in school activities and students' participation in them;
- Participating effectively with the local community and its institutions, businessmen and those interested in the educational process.
